How far in advance should I book a taxi?
For an ordinary ride in Rotterdam or Vlaardingen you can usually just call us and we are outside within fifteen minutes. For airport transfers, night rides, groups and the holiday season we recommend booking at least a day ahead.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, VindTaxi is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on +31 6 13 88 08 14. Night rides are best reserved a day in advance so the car is held for you.
Can I pay by debit or credit card in the taxi?
Yes. In the car you can pay cash or by debit card. If you book through the Taxi EU Service NL network, credit card and online payment are available too. You choose the payment method when booking.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, we carry child seats and boosters. Tell us your child's age and height when booking and the right seat will be in the car. There is no extra charge.
