For airport transfers we work with a fixed price you receive in advance, based on pick-up address, time and number of passengers. Rotterdam to Schiphol is roughly 65 kilometres and takes about 50 minutes without traffic. For an ordinary ride in Rotterdam or Vlaardingen you can usually just call us and we are outside within fifteen minutes. For airport transfers, night rides, groups and the holiday season we recommend booking at least a day ahead.

Yes, VindTaxi is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on +31 6 13 88 08 14. Night rides are best reserved a day in advance so the car is held for you.

Yes. In the car you can pay cash or by debit card. If you book through the Taxi EU Service NL network, credit card and online payment are available too. You choose the payment method when booking.

Yes, we carry child seats and boosters. Tell us your child's age and height when booking and the right seat will be in the car. There is no extra charge.

Our own black Nissan Ariya carries up to four passengers with luggage. For larger groups we bring in a taxi van through the Taxi EU Service NL network, seating up to eight. You book everything through the same number.

Yes, we cover long distances across Europe, including Germany, Belgium, France and beyond. For international rides we quote a fixed all-in price in advance, including tolls and any charging stops.

Give us your flight number when booking. We then track the actual arrival time and adjust the pick-up automatically. For a delay caused by the airline we charge no extra waiting time.

Yes. For companies, hotels and institutions we invoice afterwards. Your staff and guests get in and out without paying and you receive one collective invoice per period. Request an account via info@vindtaxi.com.

Our own taxi is a black Nissan Ariya and is 100% electric, so zero emissions and almost silent. Vehicles operating through the network are a mix of electric, hybrid and efficient diesel.

Taxi EU Service NL is the platform through which VindTaxi works together with independent taxi drivers and taxi companies across the Netherlands and Europe. If we cannot drive a ride ourselves, we offer it within the network so you still have transport. You can also book directly through the network app or booking page.

A folding wheelchair or walker travels in our own car. For a fixed wheelchair or mobility scooter we arrange a vehicle with enough loading space or a wheelchair van through the network. Mention it when booking.

Yes, by arrangement. Small pets travel in a carrier, larger dogs in the boot on a blanket. Tell us when booking and we take it into account when choosing the car.

The Nissan Ariya comfortably takes four passengers with normal suitcases. Travelling with a lot of luggage, skis or a bicycle? Let us know and we bring in an estate car or taxi van through the network.

Certainly. VindTaxi is based at Kethelweg 191 B in Vlaardingen and drives daily in Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Maassluis, Rotterdam and the rest of the Rijnmond region. For these towns we are usually there within fifteen minutes.

In Vlaardingen, Schiedam and west Rotterdam we are usually outside within ten to fifteen minutes when a car is free. Calling from outside that area, you will hear the exact time straight away on the phone.

Short rides in town run on the meter at the legal maximum rates. For airport transfers, long distances, business rides and transport we agree a fixed price in advance.

Yes, up to 500 kilos. Think of urgent shipments, documents, samples, spare parts and valuables transport, within the Netherlands and across Europe. Send us weight, dimensions and destination for a price.

Yes, through the network we arrange professional car transport across Europe. Your car is loaded insured and is usually at its destination within 48 hours, without adding kilometres to the odometer.

Yes. Independent taxi drivers and taxi companies can join the VindTaxi network. Install YourDriverApp, link your account through our invitation link and send your taxi licence and Chamber of Commerce extract to info@vindtaxi.com. See the Join us page for all the steps.

Commission is currently 2% on rides carried out through the network. That revenue goes towards maintenance, development, marketing and further growth of the platform.

Yes. Rotterdam The Hague Airport is about ten kilometres from Vlaardingen and fifteen minutes from Rotterdam city centre. We collect you at home and drop you at the departure hall, or wait in arrivals with your name.

Yes. For events, company visits, weddings and business days you can hire a driver by the half day or full day. The car stays with you, you pay a fixed rate and there is nothing to arrange in between.

Yes, we drive right through the night. After a night out or a late flight you can simply call us, even at three in the morning.

That is possible in consultation with the driver. The extra kilometres are added on the meter or at the agreed rate, with no surcharges afterwards.

For a European flight we advise being at Schiphol two hours before departure, three hours for intercontinental. From Rotterdam and Vlaardingen add roughly fifty minutes of driving, plus half an hour of margin during the morning rush.

If you prefer, yes. The driver stands at the exit of the baggage hall with a sign showing your name. If you would rather board outside, we agree a pick-up spot and the driver calls once you have landed.

Yes. For airport transfers the price is all-in: tolls, terminal parking and any surcharges are included. You pay exactly the amount quoted in advance.

Yes, we regularly drive to Brussels Airport, Düsseldorf, Charleroi and Antwerp. For these rides you receive a fixed all-in price in advance including tolls.

Yes. We align arrival times and, where needed, bring in a taxi van for up to eight people through the network. You receive one invoice for all the rides.

No. Even with a handful of rides a month you can ride on account. There are no subscription fees or minimum amounts.

That is possible. For an appointment of a few hours, waiting is often cheaper than two separate rides. Waiting time is agreed in advance so the price stays clear.

Yes. The Nissan Ariya has ample range for most rides within the Netherlands. On longer routes we plan one short charging stop, usually at a moment when you want a break anyway.

Yes, documents, contracts and valuable shipments travel straight from door to door. The shipment stays with the driver the whole way and is handed over in person.

Yes, the transport is insured. The condition of the car is recorded at loading, so there is no discussion on delivery.

Yes, as long as it can be rolled or winched. Tell us on request whether the car starts, steers and brakes and we deploy the right transporter.

Within the Netherlands and neighbouring countries your car is usually at its destination within 48 hours. For destinations further away we name a concrete delivery date with the quote.
